Ordering and Delivery Information

Ordering


Our online shopping procedure is quick and simple.  Please follow the prompts throughout the site and at the checkout.  

If you have ordered an item that is currently out of stock, you will be notified with full details and asked for alternative instructions.  This may include cancelling the order for the item, in which case your payment will be immediately refunded, or placing the item on backorder to be delivered free of charge when it becomes available. 

We are committed to processing and shipping your order quickly, however, as we are a new business and are building our stock levels your order may take up to 14 days for delivery.  If you have an urgent request, please contact us at info@childatheart.com.au or phone (07) 5491 7307 and we may be able to work within your time frame. 


Delivery


We deliver anywhere in Australia.  We currently do not deliver to International addresses. 

child@heart has a flat rate postage fee of $10.95 which includes packaging, postage and full cover for loss or damage of goods.  This fabulous offer includes most products, however, a very small percentage of items are excluded simply due to the bulk of the product and the high postage costs associated with their delivery.  Any additional freight charges will be itemised at checkout, prior to payment. 

For delivery we use Fastway and Australia Post.  Australia Post is our preferred option for remote areas of Australia.  If you live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and would like to collect your items, please contact us to make arrangements. 

When your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive notification of the Fastway track and trace number that has been allocated to your parcel.  This tracking number is scanned during the delivery process and is your reference if you have any queries.  The status of the parcel can be viewed at www.fastway.com.au.  It is Fastway policy to obtain a signature upon delivery.  If no one is available at the delivery address then a calling card is left, giving the receiver contact details to arrange delivery at another time. 


Packaging


Our packing protects and conceals the contents of your delivery.  If your purchase is a gift, we are happy to provide complimentary gift wrapping.  Please request gift wrapping in the 'comments' field at the checkout.
