Payment and Security

You do not need to register or create a membership to shop with child@heart, our online shopping is quick and simple.  child@heart provides secure payment options using Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  If you would prefer to pay by another method,  please select 'Other' under payment method at the checkout.  We will then contact you with information about further payment options  including direct deposit or credit card payments over the phone.  Once the funds have been cleared then the goods shall be dispatched. 

The child@heart website processes credit card details via trusted Australian eCommerce gateway eWay, using a 128/256-bit SSL certificate which encrypts credit card numbers before sending.  An SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate provides you with proof of the receiving web site's identity, and dramatically increases the integrity and security of online transactions.

Pricing

All pricing listed on our online store are in Australian dollars and include GST.  Total freight charges are clearly indicated during the checkout process.
